We founded Your Agile Consultant in 2026 to help companies like yours build real business agility. Our goal is to be your partner in developing your ways of working so they fit how your organization actually operates, not the other way around.
We currently provide exclusive SAFe certification trainings, Agile Coach consulting and RTE as a Service. All trainings are private, for one client company only, so we can safely use your real examples and real challenges in the room.
We want to be open about trainer fees, even though we cannot control or publish the exact Scaled Agile license prices on this site. To help with budgeting, we show the trainer fee + VAT and also show an estimated total cost range that includes typical license fees from Scaled Agile. The final total for your course will always be our trainer fee plus the actual license cost for each participant.

What does the course price include?
Course prices on this site show our trainer fee plus VAT. For SAFe certification trainings, each participant also needs a license from Scaled Agile. On each course page we give an example total price for ten licenses, so you can see a realistic overall cost.
Can we book more or fewer participants than shown?
Yes. The prices shown are based on a typical private course for one client company. Trainer's fee does not change if you add more participants. In case you'd like to book training to only few people, we can discuss about pricing. If you want to adjust the number of participants or discuss a different setup, contact us and we will confirm the trainer fee and license costs for your case.
